NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    You will be pleased to hear it is working really well and no real issues. We are attracting award winning products and getting the shipping installed is now key as Christmas approaches.


    WC Vendors Support

    Great! We are anticipating the shipping to be completed this weekend. It’s nearly done, just coding all the actual calculations and things like that which make it work in real time. We added a bunch of additional features to it too, like table rate style and basic rate styles to give you a few choices on how YOU want it to work. I think you’ll be quite pleased. 🙂
