NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hy,

    I am having 2 issues:

    1) WC Vendors Pro Dashboard: Date fields seem to be messed up, no idea why.

    2) WC Vendors Pro: Add Product Page:
    The “Add product gallery images” and “Add File” buttons dont do anything – the page just scrolls back to top without even opening an explorer Upload window

    Any idea whats wrong here?

    rehub/wc-vendors/dashboard/store-settings.php version 1.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 1.3.3

    You’ll want to have your theme author update their templates — and ask that they stay updated with them, too. Their last update was a few months ago, time for them to get current.

    As for your actual issue — Did you test with Storefront as your theme? If yes, did it work in Storefront? If yes, then..

    Thanks for the quick reply; I tried in Storefront – and it works.
    Both issues are gone. I will try this method for all future bugs.
    Back to template issues for me….. *sigh*

    *FIXED*

    A quick update for those with similar problems:
    I have fixed both issues, both caused by plugin conflicts:

    * Layout of the date fields have been messed up by a custom plugin – disabled.
    * The upload issue seems to be related to the plugin “Better WordPress Minify” v1.3.3.
    I have disabled it for now and everything seems to work ok.
