NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

If you are a WC Vendors Pro customer please open a support ticket here.

If you are a WC Vendors user please open a support ticket on the Wordpress.org forums.

The information on this forum is outdated and in most instances no longer relevant. Please be sure to check our documentation for the most up to date information.

I am interested in possibly buying the WC Vendors Pro along with BuddyBoss Social Marketplace.

Anyone have experience with their support? I noticed they are taking the forums down which is a little worrysome…

    Hello,
This is a good combination of theme and a plugin (buddyboss marketplace) that marries WC Vendors and buddypress. If you wish to have a social marketplace with the use of the plugin buddypress- then BuddyBoss Social Marketplace has some nice features and extra design for WC Vendors, WC Vendors Pro and BuddyPress.

There have been a few issues; the support it sometimes slow, though they do typically address and resolve actual bugs or problems with their product(s).

The one thing is that they override a lot of our templates- so it is crucial that they keep those updated so that as we make changes, they remain current in Social Marketplace as well.

Some of us have a support group on facebook for this Social Marketplace- and the members are very helpful and provide support and answers for each other: https://www.facebook.com/groups/OneSocialMarketplace

Social Marketplace LOOKS great, but it’s pretty bloated and clunky once you plug in all the things you need . . and the support is woefully slow AND you cant search a forum for answers (unlike WC vendors) . . they hardly ever upgrade the software either.
