can i use paypal standard and paypal adaptive payment settings at the same time? if not can i use like inuit and paypal adaptive payments?

It may cause conflict to use both paypals — certainly will cause customer confusion to see both at the checkout page.
I am not familiar at all with the intuit payment processing- if it is WooCommerce compatible, then you can use it.Hello,
If the two paypals do have an issue- you’ll know right away.. as you will get a 500 error when trying to checkout, due to class conflicts.
I am fairly confident you should not have an issue using paypal for your membership /subscription, and the paypal adaptive for customer checkout and vendor payments.
