NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi there,
    I have activated PayPal Adaptive Payment and get approved. But when I try to do checkout, the PayPal form is in old style (not responsive). I guess it’s from PayPal Adaptive Payment.

    Then I go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Checkout -> PayPal Adaptive Payments and found this information :
    The PayPal Adaptive Payments gateway can instantly pay your vendors their due commission (if enabled). Also used to mass pay vendors on a schedule / manual method (if enabled).

    Based on that information, I assume that PayPal Adaptive Payments is only used if we choose Instant Payment (split the payment to vendor and website owner directly on the checkout process).

    If we choose schedule or manual method, the PayPal Adaptive Payment will be used to execute the mass pay feature.

    This way, I’m thinking to use standard PayPal for checkout (with modern and responsive style) and still use PayPal Adaptive Payment to pay the vendor with mass pay.

    So on the WooCommerce -> Settings -> Checkout, I will activate Paypal Adaptive Payment (for doing mass pay to pay the vendor) & PayPal (for the checkout process).

    Is that possible?

    I think so…
    Try a few testing transaction and see if it goes through as expected.
    You are correct, in that PayPal Adaptive + mass pay is used for sending the scheduled payments, and those will be sent from the admin paypal account– so I believe that your method may work.
