    Hello

I’ve installed WC Vendor Pro, first using the free theme from Woocommerce I can see the page Dashboard Pro and etc. Then I installed the theme Flatsome, nightmare, all of content of the WC Vendor Pro Page cannot be displayed on my site, including “Dashboard Pro” “Register as Seller”, and not to mention all others. May I know what is the problem and how to solve this issue?

I’ve read through those discussion with this theme, and contacted the support from Flatsome, unfortunately there is not yet an answer to solve the problem… Would you please help?

    Many thanks,
    Dan

Ok- the screenshot you are showing me shows the “admin cannot apply to become vendors”.
Did you try to view the Pro Dashboard page when you are logged in as a vendor?

Also- your vendor registration page (after looking at the front page of your site) has wcmp_vendor_registration in the URL… which indicates that you had WC Marketplace installed before using WC Vendors.
If this is the case, then you need to remove the vendor roles created form that plugin- as well as the vendor pages associated with that plugin . Otherwise, there will be conflicts. Install the User Role Editor plugin, and delete the vendor roles that have dc_vendor and dc_pending_vendor in the name. Those come from WC Marketplace.

Also– if you are using this: WooCommerce Frontend Manager: by WC Lovers – 2.4.3 We did not build that and I am not sure how it works and if it messes with our plugin. I have not used it.
