NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Dear,

    Pre Sale question:
    Is it possible to automatically change the products from visible on the frend end to invisible after a x period?

    For example:
    If my seller has only 1 product in stock, but sells this product on another marketplace site and forget to change stock in his store on my website, the product still can be sold and the money has to be withdrawn because the vendor can’t deliver it anymore.

    To somehow avoid this, i would like to show products only 3 weeks on my website. They don’t how to be deleted from vendors products list.

    Your request is really valid in order to manage the website and vendors not forgetting products that are not available.

    Hello,

    This is more of a WordPress thing then a WC Vendors thing. What you’re looking for is something to expire the product. How that is done would be up to you. We don’t support anything like this but WooCommerce has the ability to hide items from the catalog using visibility. As products are just post types you could use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-expirator/ in conjunction with WC Vendors.
