is it possible to use cash on delivery for vendors and setup fees separately for vendors in a dashboard?

Hello,
We do not have anything special configured for COD payments.
Essentially you would need to build in a system to collect commission that you the admin are owed form vendors who are collecting payment upon delivery of products.
