That is correct! You should not delete orders. Instead, mark them cancelled or refunded as intended by WooCommerce. When you do that, the commissions are automatically marked as Reversed in the Commission log. Understandably, a lot of new store owners installing WC Vendors will make test orders and try to permanently delete their orders, but the plugin is not designed to have things deleted permanently from the log. You can of course manually mark them as Reversed at any time, if the orders have already been sent to the trash.
