Hi there, I have followed all instructions for paypal adaptive payments. The system is processing the transaction but for some reason the commission due to the vendor is not automatically processed by the system. I have showing an overdue or due commission amount in my WC Vendor settings tab. I called paypal and verified that the credentials were correct. The marketplace is receiving the full payment and the split is left unable to be processed from my end not even from the platform or paypal account.
Hold that thought. I was able to successfully test payment through sandbox credentials that were split correctly. However, when I called Paypal to link both accounts from https://www.paypal-apps.com/user/my-account/applications and the one from sandbox.paypal.com they said that they are not familiar with the paypal-apps.com account. Could you advise how exactly to move forward to take the credentials live from this point?
