    Hi Guys 🙂

My site allows vendors to accept bookings up to a year in advance but this isn’t a question about when bookings will be released 😉

I collect the payments and hold all monies (deposits and final payments) until after the booking has been completed and then manually pay the vendors their commission.

What I need to know please, is if I am not needing to automatically split and payout commissions immediately can I then simply use any payment gateway? Or do i still need to use the PayPalap or Stripe Plugin for WCV to collate all of the commissions amounts and report them correctly? Woo commerce has just released a Square extension for Australia and I would be interested in using that if it doesn’t interfere with the all important commission reports.

    Thanks for your help

If you plan to pay your vendors manually, you can use any WooCommerce compatible gateway/processor to collect customer payments. 🙂

You then check your commissions tables (wp admin – WooCommerce – commissions. And wp admin – WooCommerce – reports – WC vendors) to find a vendor’s due commission.. then you pay your vendor(s) however you wish. Commissions will still be calculated and reported as due until you mark them paid.

Dont forget — There are also extensive reports that come with WC Vendors Free. wp-admin > Woo > Reports. From there, rather than using the commission table to look them up individually, you can get a running total per vendor per product per whatever.

    Yay! Thanks guys 🙂

All the reports are currently a bit screwy and not all payments are showing up in all the reports but I am using bookings with WCV so what do I expect at the moment.
