NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi There!

    I am working on my client website who has purchased wp-vendors-pro version, after activating that plugin it has confliction of select2 js library( of wp-vendors-pro ) with woocommerce 3.0 version, kindly assist us how we can resolve this issue, here is an article which says that we need to contact to plugin author to resolve this issue,

    Hello,
    Please update your WC Vendors Pro.
    You are using version 1.3.7… we are now on version 1.4.4 and the select2 in our plugin was updated.

    Hi Anna!

    Thanks for your quick response, i have just visited installed plugin page and found that there is not any update link under the wp-vendor-pro plugin, so how i can update pro plugin to 1.4.4? do we need to pay extra charges for that?

    Junaid,
    No- it should be showing if your license is active.
    If not, try deactivating pro and then re-activating it. Refresh the page- and see if the update shows.
    If it still does not show up (once in a while this happens 🙁 ) then you can manually update:

    1. back up your site (optional safe measure)
    2. download the latest Pro version from your account here: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/
    3. deactivate & then delete your current WC Vendors Pro (info/settings are stored in your database….)
    5. Immediately upload the new Pro version zip you downloaded from my-account.
    6. Activate Pro
