I had a difficult time retrieving values on the admin page from the checkbox or select type fields which we can make for the WC Vendors Pro front-end forms. (we do not have radio box built-in).
However, I could create the text field for the store-settings form, and this will display the entered value in the admin form. It generates the gender value entered on the admin users page just after the store name and before the paypal email field. If you want to to show elsewhere in admin or on the store-settings/vendor-signup-form then you can use different hooks.As follows, put this in your theme/child theme functions.php:
