NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi Ben,

    When the plugin is activated, customers are not receiving emails of there confirmed order.

    When I disable the plugin, customers are receiving emails!

    Why would this be not sending the customers order receipt when stripe in enabled?

    Stripe has no impact on emails at all. There’s literally zero email code in the plugin.

    What are your thoughts as the ninja behind this plugin!?

    I tested and as soon as the plugin is enabled it stops sending. I tried a SMTP extension to see if this would help anything, it did not.

    What version of WooCommerce are you using? Stripe has zero impact on customer emails or anything, that’s all WooCommerce related. All Stripe does is take money and pay commissions…..

    Upgrade. All our plugins require the most recent version of WooCommerce. 🙂
