is there an other way to fix it?
April 25, 2017 at 5:35 am #63165RobertoParticipantHi Anna,
do you have some News for me about that Problem?
i Updatet the plugin 1.4.2 and still the same issu.Thx
RobertoApril 25, 2017 at 3:56 pm #63342AnnaMemberHello,
We’ll be releasing another update very soon that should resolve these issues.
Thank you for your patienceApril 26, 2017 at 2:32 pm #63475NadavParticipantHi @FERVOUS, I gather you’re still working on a fix. Just to let you know that we have experienced the exact same error as @MORTERATSCH since upgrading yesterday to WCV 1.4.2, and the latest WooCommerce, Stripe Connect gateway and OneSocial Marketplace.
We did some testing, and the error is happening in Chrome only (Safari and Explorer are fine), and is caused when entering the Vendor Dashboard, clicking on “Orders” and then changing the dates. It is possibly only happening with some vendors (as we’ve not yet launched, we’ve tested it with multiple fake vendors that we created), which leads me to wonder if the problem is being caused because the update has messed with vendors’ internal settings, or if it is something deeper than that?
Either way, am also looking forward to this being resolved!April 26, 2017 at 5:59 pm #63485Leigh Jeffery-SchindlerParticipantHello. I ran the update this morning for WC vendors and the issue is still a problem.
Fatal error: Call to undefined method WCVendors_Pro_Store_Form::order_min_charge() in /home/leighj50/public_html/wp-content/plugins/buddyboss-marketplace/templates/wc-vendors/dashboard/store-settings.php on line 131
Also this error on the main dashboard page:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/leighj50/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors-pro/public/class-wcvendors-pro-reports-controller.php on line 343And it’s also showing shipping information when our shops don’t allow vendors to ship their products.
Just wondering if there is anything I need to do?
thanks!
http://www.comixcentral.comApril 27, 2017 at 2:35 pm #63577NadavParticipantCorrection: the error is happening on all browsers, sorry for any confusion.
As others have mentioned: we’re running WCV Pro 1.4.2 and newest versions of the other plugins, and the error with the Vendor Dashboard Orders page remains.

Could you please tell me if this issue persists after upgrading to WC Vendors Pro v1.4.3?April 27, 2017 at 4:29 pm #63591NadavParticipantI just updated to Pro v1.4.3, and the error is still occurring. I enter Dashboard > Orders, and either immediately, or after changing the dates once or twice, it shows this:
Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Exception’ with message ‘Invalid order.’ in /home/phloem16/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/data-stores/abstract-wc-order-data-store-cpt.php:86 Stack trace: #0 /home/phloem16/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-data-store.php(143): Abstract_WC_Order_Data_Store_CPT->read(Object(WC_Order)) #1 /home/phloem16/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/abstracts/abstract-wc-order.php(109): WC_Data_Store->read(Object(WC_Order)) #2 /home/phloem16/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors-pro/public/class-wcvendors-pro-vendor-controller.php(259): WC_Abstract_Order->__construct(‘2572’) #3 /home/phloem16/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors-pro/public/class-wcvendors-pro-order-controller.php(357): WCVendors_Pro_Vendor_Controller::get_orders2(22, Array, false) #4 /home/phloem16/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors-pro/public/class-wcvendors-pro-order-controller.php(122): WCVendors_Pro_Order_Controller->table_rows() #5 /home/phloem16/publi in /home/phloem16/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/data-stores/abstract-wc-order-data-store-cpt.php on line 86

Nadav,
Did you delete test orders?April 29, 2017 at 2:53 am #63713RobertoParticipanthi Anna,
Still the same Problem …:(
April 29, 2017 at 3:33 am #63715NadavParticipant@FERVOUS Did you want me to? I tried deleting all test orders from my admin just now, but the orders remain on the respective test vendors’ dashboards. Is there any way of deleting from within the dashboard?
The problem remains, but the strange thing is it seems to happen most of the time with two specific test vendors (we’re testing with four), and is caused most of the time by changing the date range once or twice, although with the test vendor it happens with most often – it has now begun occurring the moment I log in and press on Orders. We had one test vendor who had no orders, so I made an order to that vendor, and their orders are working fine.
Interested to hear observations from some of the others experiencing this issue.
Hope this helps…
April 29, 2017 at 3:22 pm #63755AnnaMember@nshlezinger
No, no… I am sorry i was just asking if you HAD deleted test orders. I did not want you to do so.it seems to happen most of the time with two specific test vendors (we’re testing with four), and is caused most of the time by changing the date range once or twice
This is why I thought perhaps some older orders or products had been deleted, and so the reports cannot show them any longer and an error is thrown.
Could you private reply with an admin login & password and I can do some testing? I could run some specific transaction tests to see if i can find any consistencies.
Is this a live site?April 29, 2017 at 3:24 pm #63756AnnaMember@nshlezinger
