Hi,
I’d like my vendors to be able to edit live products description and titles only.
The problem is : when I want to hide certain fields (short description, picture, variations, price) they will be deleted when the vendor saves the product.
How can I do to allow my vendors to edit title + description without erasing the fields they don’t have access to when they will be saving the product?

OK– I will check on this issue– It will require me reporting it, testing and then seeing if we need to make some code adjustments.
I’ll reply with news or an update.Tell me, is this only happening with Variable products, or does this also occur with a standard non-variable product?
When it’s a variable product, since I don’t show the product type dropdown to my vendor, it becomes a simple product when they save.
Otherwise, the bug is also here for simple products. For example, picture will be removed, short description as well when they save.

I believe you will need to write some custom code to only allow your vendors the ability to modify certain fields, yet after their edits still retain the data in the fields that they are prevented from modifying otherwise.
Unfortunately I do not know how to guide you at the moment for this particular custom coding– I a not sure how this would be done without doing a considerable amount of research to locate the permissions code and then alter it conditionally.
