NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    did the latest update, system was working, can i roll back to previous version?


    when purchasing a test product with free shipping and $0.00 Price (free) i was not getting a notification as a customer of my order being placed.

    1.) Disabled plugn
    2.) Ftp to server, renamed WC_Vendors 1.7.9 to (wc_vendors_old)
    3.) Re-installed WC_Vendors 1.7.7
    4.) Emails is now sending corectly

    Please investigate this issue for everyone
