HELLO, I HAVE AN ISSUE WHEN I WAS TRYING TO UPLOAD THE BANNER SHOP. I’M USING SOCIAL MARKETPLACE OF BUDDYBOSs. IN THE WIDNOWS SAYS: Maximum file size: 1,000 B.
BUT WHEN I TRY TO UPLOAD AN IMAGE (I TRIED EVEN WITH SMALL SIZES) APPEARS THE ERROR “The … file size exceeds the size allowed on this site.”HOw can I fix this issue?

Could you please provide your WooCommerce System Status?
Please also try disabling all plugins except wc vendors, wc vendors pro, buddypress and the marketplace plugin.
Does the uploader work with only those plugins activated? If so, then one of your other plugins is causing a conflict..
