    Hello, sorry for my English I am French. I installed Stipe commission and gateway all worked very well but for a few days the customers can no longer pay. At the time of the payment they have an error of “Internal server error” in the logs one can see the message Error: “You can not use a stripe token”. I contacted Stripe who sent me back to you. There would be a problem with the integration of your module.

    I try again for my serious problem. Could you please answer urgently ? Customers are canceling their orders. My company can not stay in this situation. SO PLEASE, I NEED YOUR HELP.

    What changed in that time? Did you update anything? Add any plugins?

    We do have an update for our Stripe plugin- you are using version 1.0.4, and our current version is v1.0.5
    You can update and see if that helps.

    What exactly did Stripe say about the issue?

    Hi,
    Thank you Anna for your return.
    1- I had not changed anything before the appearance of this error
    2- after your post, I upgraded the plugin of WC providers – Stripe Commissions & Gateway 1.0.5
    But the error is always present.
    Customer: Displays the following error message: “Internal Server Error”.
    Logs: “Error: You cannot use a stripe token more than once”
    3- Stripe I changed the keys, but that did not solve the problem.
    What should I do ? My customers are not happy?

    Hello,
    With an internal server error, you should be able to see details about this in your error_log that can give a bit more information about this.
    What do you see in your error log(last 20 lines or so)? Can you post that here?

    If you deactivate all plugins except: WooCommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro, do you still have an error at checkout?
    Does this happen with all vendors?

    I am looking into this.
    I did notice that you’re using an older version of WooCommerce. Do you have a reason for this?
    If not, I’d encourage you to update, and also make sure your theme handytheme is updated. It is a very good idea to do a site backup before updating WooCommerce (recommended).

    Looking into the Stripe issue and why that error would be present.
