    Whenever I try to initiate a mass payment I get the following error:

    Failure. Masspay input parse error (10314): The input to the masspay server is incorrect. Please make sure that you are using a correctly formatted input..

    I noticed that when I create a manual payment file I need to format the amounts like this:
    10,00 and the seperator is a ;

    so:
    [email protected];10,00,USD

    This doesn’t seem to work:
    [email protected],10.00,USD

    In any case, PayPal is all working fine and all the API credentials are setup correctly (also payments, refunds, etc works).

    Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Hello,

    How are you initiating the MassPay? What amounts need to be paid out? We don’t format things like this for masspay as we use the paypal provided PHP API for this. Nothing has changed in this part of the code ever. I’ll need some data on what commissions you’re attempting to pay that would make this break. Also is there enough money in your account to process the masspays?

    cheers,

    Jamie.
