NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    I installed the Pro Plugin, but I’m pretty sure i didnt configure it correctly because in the Dashboard I don’t see a way to add a product.

    Can anyone help?

    In fact none of the pages seem to be working, when I click: settings, coupons, ratings , and products I get “this page can’t be found.

    Hi Tarhakra,

    wp-admin > Settings > Permalinks — Are your permalinks configured and not set to default in both sections? Click save even if they are, as that re-saves your permalinks. Reload page, check again.

    wp-admin > WooCommerce > WC Vendors > Pro and Pages tab — Is the Vendor Dashboard for WC Vendors Free set on the Pages tab? And is the PRO Vendor Dashboard set on the PRO tab? Don’t use the same dashboard for each, use the Pro for pro settings, and the free one for the regular pages tab.

    Hi Ben I’m not sure I understand the whole permalinks thing.

    I set them to default and now when I click on any tabs it just reloads the dashboard.

    Default is not what you want them set to.

    Set the Common Name to “Day and name”

    Leave the middle section blank unless you have a reason to set them,

    Set the Product Permalink Base to “Shop base with Category”.
