Hello,
Vendor items are not showing up on any search results. I was wondering if maybe I have not configured the plug in properly or if this is a bug?
So when I search using the search bars, results for vendors do not show up.

Please find attached images showing the problem. As you can see, it recognises there is a product but for some reason it does not show.
I have gone in to the admin panel on WordPress and edited the vendors product and ‘updated’ product. it now shows. I have done another and again, same problem. It does not show automatically.

Are you inquiring about the search within a vendor shop that is built into that ReHub ReVendor theme… or are products not showing up in a WooCommerce /sitewide product search?If it is the vendor specific store search, please contact the theme author for assistance, as I do not know how he’s built that query for the vendor store search.

They are not showing on any search, shop or sitewide product search. For some reason If i edit the product myself and then update they show. But when the vendor adds a product it does not show on searches. It says there are results but they just do not show?

Perhaps check these settings:
wp-admin > WooCommerce > WC Vendors > Capabilities: Submit Products, Submit Products Live without Requiring Approval
See if those are both selected.Also, you can try resetting your vendor and pending vendor roles: Wp-admin > WooCommerce > System Status > Tools… RESET WC VENDORS ROLES

Well, next I guess we need to back up a bit. 😉 Please follow the standard debugging steps to ensure you are not having a plugin or theme conflict. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce & WC Vendors.. then test. If the products show, then re-activate the plugins one by one until you’ve found the culprit.If the issue still exists, then try activating the Storefront theme https://woocommerce.com/storefront/ and see if it persists.
If these steps fail to help us locate the issue, pass along an admin login and password to me in a private reply, and I will take a look.
