NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi,

    I have opted to hide the customer billing address from the vendors by selecting the option:

    WooCommerce > WC Vendors > Pro > Permissions > Orders Table & Details > Configure what to hide from all vendors on the front end. > Customer Billing Address & Customer Phone

    However, the billing address and phone number still show on the vendor order notification email.

    Can you please update the email template so that it respects this setting too? We don’t want to expose this information to our vendors.

    Hello,
    We actually do have a reported open issue regarding this for WC Vendors Pro: “Hidden” Customer Details Show in New Order Email
    It will be looked into and addressed, if possible.
