Hi There,
Hoping you can help .. I have a main shop through woocommerce and many different WC Vendors shops.
What I would like to do is hide the “main” shop page from my WC Vendors pages .. ie when I go to vendor a, i don’t see the other products and categories that don’t belong to this vendor.

DO you see other vendors’ products when you visit one vendor’s url? That should not be happening..
Or are you referring to the categories in the sidebars?
If it is the sidebars, see if your theme has an option to disable sidebars on the single product page.Hi Anna,
Not so concerned about the sidebar .. but when I go to a vendors site
for example shop.ironpromotions.com/vendors/onemovement
It appears to be bring me to the main shop page where I still have to select the categories instead of it taking me right to their product page which is what I would prefer.

Ahh- ok.
Go to: wp admin > woocommerce > settings > products > display and make sure that your Shop Page Display is set to: Show Products and NOT show products & Categories or Show Categories.Anna! That worked… thanks so much!!
Quick question — if I want MY shop to display the categories .. and my sub shops to show the products (like we were discussing) do you know how I could do that? or is it one or the other?

This is exactly what we would need also. To show categories on main shop page, but not at vendor shops (only roducts there). Is there a way?
And by categories I don’t mean the sidebar but the category pictures (it shows all, not only the ones that vendor has products on). The sidebar works just fine showing only the vendors product categories, thank you! 🙂

Since we hook into the archive-product.php page to show the vendor store page, the only way to change the page format when viewing a vendor store page would be to modify the archive-product.php template, and define what you do or do not wish to see on the page if it is a vendor store being viewed.
This is likely doable, but will require some php coding.
Essentially you’d have to code the template to show only products “if” it is a vendor store page.
