NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    I just purchased the WC Vendors Stripe Payment Gateway plugin and I am not able to get it to work. I would like to get a refund for my purchase. What is the process to do so?

    At the moment…I cannot get the connect to stripe button to work for my vendors. If I can’t get it connected…I won’t be able to use it.

    The screenshot attached happens after I log into Stripe to attempt to connect my account then I clicked the hyperlink back to my site…still Stripe account not connected.

    Hello,
    Typically a 500 error will show up in your error_log.
    Could you please post the last 20 or so lines of your error_log so I can see what the issue may be?
