NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

I tried to download but it says file already exists.
I dont get any autmatic update notices.
License says Max Activations reached
To prevent the “download already exists” message, you need to deactivate and delete the current Pro before installing the update.
To manually update Pro:
1. back up your site (optional safe measure)
2. download the latest Pro version from your account here: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/
3. deactivate & then delete your current WC Vendors Pro (info/settings are stored in your database….)
5. Immediately upload the new Pro version zip you downloaded from my-account.
6. Activate! ?If you would send me your original email used (when ordering Pro) or your name, address in a private reply– so I can look up your account info here, I can delete the Pro activation so you can activate it on a new site. Your current email associate with this account is not showing any Pro orders.
