I am not sure how you are able to view the pending vendors applications that they submit? I understand how to change them from a pending vendor to a vendor, but can’t figure out how to see the information they put in the application. Please advise.

You can go to: wp admin > users; click on the link at the top that says, ‘ pending vendor”. You can then click on the pending vendors and view the collected details before approving them.
To approve them, go back to the pending vendors page (wp admin > users > pending vendors) and hover over the vendor’s name– you will see the link then to approve or deny.Sorry, I actually posted in the wrong area. I have the pro version and when I follow your instructions listed above all the application information is blank and does not contain the information that they submitted on the front end for me to view and approve/deny.???

Are your users registering using the my-account page and then moving to the pro vendor application?
I just tested on my dev site, and I applies to become a vendor. I registered on my account page, clicked the box :apply to become a vendor”.
I then got to the vendor application– I filled out address, store description, site url, seller info. Submitted.Then as admin I went to view the users > pending vendors. I clicked “edit” to see the pending vendor’s info.
I could see all of the info that I entered for the pending vendor.Is this the process that you are following?
Thank you for your suggestions. I did find out how to see the application information and on my system that appears only after I change the applicant from pending vendor to woocommerce vendor.
When I have created a dummy account, I have gotten the email that states the application is pending. But I did not get an email when I approved the applicant and changed it from a pending vendor to a vendor. How am I able make sure vendors get the approved application email?
