NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi Guys,

    Some of my vendors jumped the gun a bit and connected their stripe accounts *before* I set the gateway to live. That means they’re connected to our Stripe test app instead of the live app.

    When a vendor clicks the link to disconnect from their store settings page they get an internal server error 500.

    This isn’t a huge issue as we can just get them to D/C from the stripe dashboard, but it’d sure be good to get fixed in a future release at some time – just so others don’t end in the same stick.

    Aah, that’s interesting. Not something we tested for. I’ll add an issue for it. Thanks!
