NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Am getting the message – Invalid API License Key. Login to your My Account page to find a valid API License Key.

    I have purchased the License and the order is in my account. The License Key is in the receipt, however is not showing up under API Keys. I have tried de-activating and re-activating the WC Vendors Pro plugin but this has not worked either. Can someone please help.

    TO be clear, I have gone into wp-admin/Settings/WC Vendors Pro License, and tried to activate using the License Key in my receipt. This has not worked. I then de-activated and re-activated the Pro plugin and tried the above again, and it still did not work. Hope this clarifies

    You need to update WC Vendors Pro to the latest version to be able to activate your new license key. Presently, you are using version 1.3.7
    I do not want to update this without discussing it with you- because I am not sure if you have made any modifications to your files that would be affected by this update.
    In addition- you should soon update WooCommerce as well. You are using a old version. Version 1.4.3 of Pro will also need the WooCommerce update.

    To update Pro manually:
    1. back up your site (optional safe measure)
    2. download the latest Pro version from your account here: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/
    3. deactivate & then delete your current WC Vendors Pro (info/settings are stored in your database….)
    5. Immediately upload the new Pro version zip you downloaded from my-account.
    6. Activate Pro
