    Hi,

I’ve purchased pro but my activation key & email won’t work.

It says to go to my account page and reset the activation key but I can’t see an option to do this?

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Thanks

I’m guessing you have two accounts here, and bought Pro with a different account. I dont see any purchases registered to your @jarvo account at all…..

    Hi Ben
Aaah, I think I may have been logged in with this account but billed it on another email address/ work details. Which was [email protected]
    How do I resolve that?
Odd though as surely the api key in the email should still work, right?
    Thanks

That’s actually one of the two really stupid things about WooCommerce’s API Manager. 1.) Their auto updater is broken and sucks. 2.) Your email on your user account AND order account must match to activate.

All fixed. 😉 Your API email is now your i…….@ rather than s……….@ 🙂
