Hi, I have installed the Wc vendors plugin,
After the activation it creates 3 pages – Vendor Dashboard, Orders and Shop setting, when i click on Vendor Dashboard when i’m already logged in as site admin. it tells me access denied coz i am an admin. thats understood. But even when i try opening the same URL in Incognito mode, it redirects me to my-accounts page
When i hit : https://www.wcvendors.com/waterapp/vendor_dashboard/ it auto redirects to https://www.wcvendors.com/waterapp/my-account/
How can i resolve this? Please help. Been trying this for 3 daysDid you ever thing that they cant see it because they arent logged in? /my-account/ is where you login or register. Once a VENDOR tries to access teh VENDOR DASHBOARD it will show. But not to admins not to non-logged in users. You’ve really been stuck on this for three days? Read the WC VEndors Free setup guide, this is like first paragraph obvious stuff. Kinda funny. Have fun.

Well the vendors are logged in. Apparently i had to enable registration on the “My Account” page from Woocommerce > Accounts > Enable registrations since the vendor-dashboard page link always used to redirect to my accounts page. Can’t i setup a individual registration page for Vendor rather than having 2 forms in the my-accounts page. Because the page vendor-dashboard eventually always redirects to my-accounts and asks vendor to login to see their dashboard, does the same with customers.
And that’s not just it. Vendor can’t access the shop settings from the vendors dashboard, whenever the vendors click shop settings it just redirects them to the my-accounts page rather than shop settings .
Also can’t a vendor change the status of the order?, it just allows to change the status to marked as shipped. what about delivery status.
