Hello, i’ve renewed my licence yesterday and when i try to enter the licence key found in my dowloads, it doesn’t work.
I can see a domain registered with the licence key in ” my account > downloads ” but i can’t remove it.
I ‘ve nothing in the API keys and API downloads, is it normal ?Thanks !
Ever get this fixed? I can’t activate mine either!
I’d like to use what I PAID for. Where is the support????
I am working on the license key issue. Normally I could generate new keys when a key was not working; right now something is not right with the system so I will need to wait for my team to assist with this issue., PLEASE do not open any new threads about this, @jwchameleoncorp . ONE THREAD IS ENOUGH for any issue. Thank you.
