NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    I just purchased WC Vendors Pro v1.03 yesterday and was able to install and activate plugin. I tried last night to activate the license and was getting the errors:
    1. The license could not be deactivated. Use the License Deactivation tab to manually deactivate the license before activating a new license.
    2. Connection failed to the License Key API server. Try again later.

    Went to the License Deactivation tab and tried to decactivate. Try license activation again and same problem.
    Just deactivated and then deleted v1.03. Installed and activated v1.04 now and get same errors. What do I do next?

    We delete our wc vendors pro for install your new version and now we don´t have license key and we don´t know where we can recover it for reactivate our program.

    You can delete any stale activations @ http://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/ and then simply re-add your license key and license email.
