NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi, I have license key problem,
    I have purchesed WC vendors PRO.
    I can’t activated on https://www.starage.xyz/,
    activated problem is “Exceeded maximum number of activations”,
    but My Downloads -> API Keys is blank page,
    can’t delete the key on my website.

    I have deleted the activation on your site- please check now in your account here to retrieve the key and try reactivating it on your site.

    i repurchase wc vendor pro and it saying that my key is invalid… i tried deactivating still the same problem

    Please ensure that you have updated your Pro to v1.3.8
    Download the latest Pro, and THEN you should be able to use your new license key.
    Your new key is part of the new license system, so Pro 1.3.8+ is required for the new keys.

    @varange Uwe,
    I deleted your activation.
    Are you able to view your key in https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/ and activate it properly again? If not, let me know. SOme keys did not transfer over when we implemented the new license system, so I may have to issue you a new key.

    Ok- I have deactivated it on our end; please visit your wp admin > settings > wc vendors license and try activating it again on your site now.
