The new listify version provides an updated version 4.5.3 of the library select2.js.
WC Vendor Pro use an older version 3.5.2 which results in a conflict.
This makes impossible to use the customizer which is a big aspect of the listify theme.

I checked the lastest version of the WC Vendor Pro but didn’t fix the issue.

    The temporary fix is:

    In wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors-pro/admin/class-wcvendors-pro-admin.php, I commented the line 91:
    wp_register_script( ‘select2’, $this->base_dir . ‘../includes/assets/js/select2’ . $this->suffix . ‘.js’, array( ‘jquery’ ), ‘3.5.2’, true );

By commenting the line, I forced WC vendor to use the default select2.min.js already provided by listify which is the more recent version 4.5.3.

Are you planning to upgrade the select 2library in the next version? Do you think my temperorary fix can cause other conflicts ?

    Hello,

Yes I will be upgrading select2 and I will also be adding an option to disable select2 styles and js so if your theme already has it you can just disable ours.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

Pro v1.3.3 is being released today, and in that in the options you will find the option to not queue our Select2 javascript that way if a theme is forcing you to use their version you wont have conflicts any longer. Expect v1.3.3 to show up in your updater within 24 hours, we’re pushing it out in a few hours from now.

Checking that box on your website breaks the product form. I’ve already fixed that once for you. No desire to do it twice. Try things, test things, be your own admin!

Yes, I know that. You had another thread with problems, and the problem was you had that box checked. I unchecked it to make your site work. Now you’re in another thread asking if you can check that box again. TRY THINGS. 🙂 Check the box. Test. Be an admin!

No idea, that isnt us. But come on man — BE AN ADMIN. How can you find out what that’s from? Disable plugins except Woo, WC Vendors, and switch to Storefront. Do you still see the issue? If yes, then it’s WordPress/Woo or WC Vendors. If not, it’s not us. Simple debugging will help you often in the future for as long as you use a computer. 😉

we have to installed a new plugin.
nothing left that we didn’t disable to find out. We are not sure why we are seeing that and also on the same custom css page it doesn’t allows us to add any css at all.

    all we see is:

    Redux Framework Warning
select2-css CDN unavailable. Some controls may not render properly. Please wait a few minutes, then try refreshing the page. Unable to load some remotely hosted scripts..

    Redux Framework Warning
select2-js CDN unavailable. Some controls may not render properly. Please wait a few minutes, then try refreshing the page. Unable to load some remotely hosted scripts..

    Redux Framework Warning
ace-editor-js CDN unavailable. Some controls may not render properly. Please wait a few minutes, then try refreshing the page. Unable to load some remotely hosted scripts..

we have googled but got nowhere!

Well, I have no idea either. Its your site. Only you installed the software on your site. All I can tell you is it’s 100% zero possibility that it’s Pro, or Free, or WC Vendors related at all. We dont use that library and dont know why it is on your site, we didnt put it there, we dont provide support for other software on your website. It’s up to you to fix.

    Hello

As Ben stated, you need to run the bare minimum and then slowly re-enable things till you work out what breaks your site. This is basic wordpress admin debugging that every site admin should know. This is beyond the scope of our support. The errors you are seeing have nothing to do with our software. Errors in uploads is because you are probably running some user plugin that modifies permissions.

Disable EVERYTHING except wordpress, woocommerce, wcv free and pro. Use the storefront theme. Then re-enable your plugins one by one until it stops working. This will tell you exactly what is breaking your site, it will not be our software.

    cheers

    Jamie.
