    Hi,

I have a problem, if I go on the page of a vendor (www.example.com/vendor/namevendor/) I do not see the vendor details (description, seller info, banner, icon etc …) but I can find only products.

Below screenshots of setting that I use for wc vendor.

here the link of a example page: http://letsgoplanet.com/vendor/micheleabis911-store/

How can i show the vendor details on the vendor page?

If you need anything just ask!

    Thank you very much

    Maddl

    Hi Maddl,

Unfortunately, “X” theme is not actually WooCommerce compatible. They are about 80% WooCommerce compatible. Show this URL to the X theme developers: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/ and point out the part that says "Note: When creating woocommerce.php in your theme’s folder, you will not be able to override the woocommerce/archive-product.php custom template as woocommerce.php has priority over archive-product.php.

In a nutshell, X isnt fully compatible, as their lack of bothering to actually *properly* integrate WooCommerce into their theme makes them 80% compatible, and the parts they are missing are the parts you need. Only the theme author can fix this for you.
