NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hey Ben,

    I am facing a strange error, my site is having multi-currency environment and I am using “Stripe Commissions & Gateway Support” for checkout, everything works fine but stripe popup in the end shows currency in USD only, if I have calculated my Grand Total in GBP, the Stripe popup shows the same amount with ‘$’ sign.

    Please help me with this, this is the only issue I am getting before going live.

    I have no idea. We use the function get_woocommerce_currency() in order to pull the currency used. If your multi currency conversion plugin isnt able to handle that, I’m not sure how to fix it, we dont write that plugin. Your best avenue for support on this one is the author of the currency plugin.

    will you please check this and help me.

    From the ajax calls I found this,

    is it fixing currency to USD only and does it matter that I am checking out products in test mode only…
    And in the parameters, it passes amount only and not currency, isn’t it strange?

    currency switcher also found everything clear from his end and I am confused what to do with this…

    Hey Ben, with that I have found that it is deduction the right amount in right currency, it is just not showing the right symbol of currency on the checkout with strip button…

    I have no idea. We dont write the currency switching plugin, and we cant support it. When checkout works fine without the third party currency switching plugin, that’s where the problem is and that author will have to advise you on how to get his plugin to work on your website. 🙁
