Hi, I am new of WC Vendors I fin it grate! Actually I am trying to create a cuestom setup. The setup need differnet “shops”, a customer can make an order for a single shop, but the shop must have 4 shop managers. Now it is fine for every setup, but I can’t find the right way to setup multiple logins for a single shop. I am thinking id I can use something like “Advanced Access Manager” or hook the WC Vendors, or maybe I am blind and the setup is easy and native. 🙂
    Thanks Federico

    Hi Ilfungo,

There is no way to grant multiple usernames access to a single vendors store. A vendor can have one username, and that is all. You could customize this, but it would involve hacking into the core of the code for permissions and such and probably be quite expensive to do. I would not recommend doing it.

You could give the additional users the role of Shop Manager, but then they can access ALL of your products, which would be a pretty bad thing unless you really really really trust them. 🙂

Sharing a login is the simplest way………

    Regards,

    Ben

Hi! Any way in your opinion to use “Advanced Access Manager” and duplicate “Vendor” roles like: Shop01_Vendor_Copy , Shop02_Vendor_Copy, Shop03_Vendor_Copy create a Vendor trough WCVendors, migrate the new vendor from vendor role to Shop01_Vendor_Copy and give some users the WCVendors specific copy to access the shop?
Or maybe should I just try this by myself and finally let you know? 🙂
    Thanks Federico

“Or maybe should I just try this by myself and finally let you know? :)”

^^^^ that. 🙂 We wont be able to help you on this whatsoever. It’s a time consumer, and way beyond the scope of free plugin support. If you find a solution that works, we’d be happy to make a knowledgeBase article so others can use your solution, too.
