    Hi Ben,
Yesterday we were in contact because i was interested in PRO. Now i have bought WC Vendors PRO but I have two problems:

    1) When the seller go to “My Shop”, it appears “404 not found” Why? What is happening?
    2) In WC Vendors i can see “A new beautiful Pro Dashboard”, but i can see the same. Why? Where is the modern design?

    Thanks!

    Iñaki

1.) Try saving your Permalinks. https://www.wcvendors.com/kb/setting-permalinks/

2.) Are you sending vendors to yourdomain.com/dashboard/ ? That’s the URI to the Pro Dashboard.

I put permalinks in “Shop base with category”, but after save, it change to custom base automaticaly and here it has: /shop/%product_cat%

    Why?

    I view the same.

    Thanks

That’s normal. /shop/ is the base and /%product_cat% is the product category, so that equals “Shop base with category”. 🙂 It is kinda weird that WordPress changes it to “Custom” after you save it, but that’s what it always does, it just never makes sense why they do it that way. 🙂

Nope. You made it worse. You added a htaccess poopup so I cant login still.

This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn’t understand how to supply the credentials required.

Please, save me some time. If you dont provide all the details to help you, I cant help you. And if I spend time “not helping” you, it takes away time from other people who DO need help that I should answer instead. 😉

    I logged into your site.

Everything looks fine. I don’t see any problems. Show me screenshots of the problem, and I can better assist.

The reason your vendor stores are empty is none of your vendors have any products listed. Until they add products, they wont have any to show.
