NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi,

    I’ve tried to find a solution but I couldn’t, its kind of weird my problem:

    I go to admin and in product page, where it says:

    Configure what to hide from all vendors when adding a product

    There are no checkboxes selected and still my vendors can’t edit.

    They just can add the price, description, photo, but not inventory, shipping etc.

    And I’ve also tried RESET WC VENDORS ROLES just in case, and the plugin User Role Editor, but to make this able for users I have to allow them manage wocommerce, that pluging doesn’t have more specific roles for this.
    As I touched so much I did a fresh install again and of course I still have the same problem.

    Hello,

    Hello,
    Fixed- it was the Storefront Powerpack plugin.
    that surprises me.. as I have never noticed any type of issue with powerpack… but once deactivated, those fields/menu items on the product page were available for the vendor.

    Interesting, that means it’s incompatible SO I have to choose between them..
    Should I open a issue in github or something?
    Anyways, thank you so much!!
