NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi,
    I live in Pakistan but in tracking number field no pakistan shipping companies are showing like TCS, Leapords, Blue-Ex etc.

    Is this possible to add Pakistani shipping companies for tracking?

    is there any option where user can accept or reject order and chose own shipping company?

    Ahmed,
    No- the vendor cannot reject the order.
    If your vendor needs to use another shipping company that you do not have added to your tracking info (using the code I provided above), then they can just send the customer a note with the tracking link or information instead.

    means only admin can change accept or reject. Then how vendor can change status that item is shipped or not. My shop only provide cash on delivery facility. I want that vendor manages his orders. it is possible?
