When the vendor adds a new product for sale. As admin I would want some product input from the vendor.
ex.
Would you like to give 100% for charity
Yes No
Some kind of radio button or drop down list would be good.Please let me know if this feature can be added ?

Since you are using WC Vendors free, you’d need to create a field for the WooCommerce product editor. We have ways to modify our front-end forms for Pro, but not for the WooCommerce product add/edit in the admin.
However, I did find this tutorial here, which is helpful, and would get your started for sure. They even provide the different options for radio boxes, check boxes, etc.:
