    Hello,

On our store, when you purchase two items from two different vendors the shipping fee of $5 is added to each item. We have looked and looked through our settings and cannot find where to update this to only charge a one-time $5 shipping fee per entire order. Can you help?

Please don’t make any adjustments to the store, just let us know if you know where this is setting can be made, thank you.

Just to add, we are NOT using the WC Vendors shipping module. We are using the out-of-the-box Flat Rate with WooCommerce. So we want the shipping fee of $5 to be applied to the total order and that fee is then sent to the Site Admin just like any normal WooCommerce store.

Not sure why your asking about woocommerce shipping in the wcvendors forum and any search engine would tell you. Just go into woocommerce shipping and change the shipping to per order. Its in there somewhere.

Thanks for that. And as impotent your comment may be, I urge you to also view this ticket below which highlights the exact same issue. What I’ve found is that “Per Order” shipping is not possible when WC Vendors plugin is activated. I’m just hoping this has been fixed in the recent releases.

Maybe you can go leave a snark comment on that board as well.

Ok- so you DO wish to just use the standard WooCommerce Shipping and have shipping go to the admin?
    If so..
Then you can choose to not activate Vendor Shipping (go to wp admin woocommerce > settings > shipping > vendor shipping… and make sure “enable as a standalone method” is NOT checked)
    Then also:
    1. Go to: Wp-admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > general and make sure “Shipping: Give vendors any shipping collected per-product” is NOT checked
    2. Go to: wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > pro and CHECK the box that says, ” Vendor Shipping: Disable the vendor shipping system completely.”

That should do it. Test and please let me know if this is what you needed.

I think this is going to work. I will need to make sure that the Vendor is still able to put in their product weight and dimensions, but if that is still working, we are in business 😉 thanks!
