NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Dear team,

    When i create a new vendor login ID using my admin id the vendor is not receiving email.

    can you please guide me to fix this issue.

    Hello,
    Have you followed any of our email debugging steps? https://www.wcvendors.com/kb/debugging-mail-issues/

    Specifically, many users find that installing the Postman SMTP plug helps a lot, as it not only will repair several issues that may be happening, t will also log emails sent- so you can check int he Postman SMTP logs to see if the email is even being dispatched for the vendor.

    Dear Anna,

    It did not help me, my issue here is when i create a vendor login ID using WC vendor has a admin,a email alert does not go through with the new vendors login credentials to the vendor.
