When i create a new vendor login ID using my admin id the vendor is not receiving email.

Have you followed any of our email debugging steps? https://www.wcvendors.com/kb/debugging-mail-issues/Specifically, many users find that installing the Postman SMTP plug helps a lot, as it not only will repair several issues that may be happening, t will also log emails sent- so you can check int he Postman SMTP logs to see if the email is even being dispatched for the vendor.
