Please try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro and see if the vendors can add product images.Hi,
I have done it, but it doesn’t help. I am still not getting the option of adding aan image while inserting a new product.

Are the fields not there at all? Or does it not work when a vendor attempts to add an image?
Are all of the other fields there in the add product page?
Please show e a screenshot of what the vendor is seeing on the product add/edit front-end form.

If you use the standard product form, do these fields for images show properly?
wp-admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > product form : Default Product Form (standard)
You can still list downloadable products with this form..@bertdib
