NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    I purchased the WC Vendors Pro plugin today and there is no Pro Dashboard! This is of course, the whole reason to purchase the Pro!
    Please help me.

    Hi Koreen,

    wp-admin > WooCommerce > System Status — Scroll all the way to the bottom where you see WC Vendors Pro. Do you see any errors there? If so, fix em. 🙂

    Are you loading /dashboard/ (Pro Dashboard) or /vendor_dashboard/ (Free version)? You should be loading /dashboard/ for your vendors and probably just need to update your menu links.

    ✕ -WC Vendors Pro WILL NOT FUNCTION without this set. Click here to set the page.

    And by the way, I have disables all the plugins except the required ones.

    When I go to the ‘set a page’ for the pro section, there is no pro dashboard.

    I cannot find the ‘dashboard’ page. I am using a child theme, but I uploaded the plugin as a zip, like I always do.

    Create a page, call it whatever you want, and add the Pro Dashboard shortcode to it. Save the page. Then go woocommerce > wc vendors > pro and set that page as the Pro Dashboard page. 🙂 You should be good to go!

    I re-deleted the whole plugin and tried again, registered the license, and STILL no dashboard page! Maybe I need to manually place it somewhere. I tried that as well, but I may be doing something wrong.

    Thanks. That worked.
    Now I have a black dashboard with black titles, but I guess I’ll figure out where to edit it (hopefully)
