NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Could you help me, please? What happens is that from one moment to another the link “vendor by” appears in the products. What should I do to make it appear again?

    On the other hand, some time ago you helped me to incorporate a message for each reservation request “to be confirmed”. However, that message no longer appears in the “bookings” section. I would also like the option to “cancel” (not sure if it was before):

    Hello,
    The theme you are using completely changes the WooCommerce product loop- I had another user ask regarding the sold by not showing while using this theme- I tried with a different Woocommerce hook and css, and the sold by still did not show.
    Please ask theme author what they have done with the hook: woocommerce _after_shop_loop_item

    As for the message- I am not sure what you are referring to?

    Regarding the second, this is an option that you added to me some time ago, so that client could add a message to the reservations “pending confirmation.” This message appeared in the detail of the reservation to be confirmed (together with the client’s name and booking details). However, it stopped appearing at any moment.
