NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi Anna,

    Finally we can create a question in this forum. We called our ISP and have them flash our account and reset our IP address because our Internet IP was blocked or was conflicting with your website for some reason, but now it’s ok.

    Thank you for your help. As you asked me to create a new topic here this will be about Not all orders are showing in the vendor dashboard…i did used the code below but did not helped. i then deleted.

    Put this in your custom.css file:
    .wcv-grid table .row-actions {
    opacity: 1!important;
    }

    I have added the screenshot of the vendor from hsi dashboard for you to see it.
    those two orders you see were paid via paypal by the customers. The order is not showing was paid with stripe.com

    Can you please help us to narrow down the problem?

    Would you please share your WooCommerce System Status? (wp-admin > woocommerce > system Status)
    Are you using the latest version of WC Vendors Pro (1.4.3), updated version of the theme, and also an updated version of Stripe Commissions & Gateway Plugin(v1.0.5)?

    Anna,

    I just noticed that we do not have Stripe Commissions & Gateway Plugin made by WC-Vendors but the Stripe plugin that made by WooCommerce which they were the one asked to buy it.

    Should I buy the Stripe Commissions & Gateway Plugin made by WC-Vendors?

    Are you using this one?

    Do you have the latest version? These all have to be WooCommerce 3.0+ compatible- it looks like ti has been updated for WC 3.0, if you are using this plugin. Version 3.1.7 is the latest version.

    Hi Anna,

    yes i use that one which was offered as a free service by Woo https://woocommerce.com/products/stripe/ and we have the lastest version that was released by woocommerce: Version 3.1.7

    i also installed the one i purchased from wc-vendors but cannot find any way to do anything with it! “WC Vendors – Stripe Commissions & Gateway” not from woo setting nor wc-vendors settings i can’t find a tool to see options.

    what should we do? keep both stripe plugins or remove one ?
