    hi
    when i try to pay by card in test mode, i get this error
    SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data
    try with this product :

    how can i solve that ?

    Hello,
    Does this occur if you deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro?
    What about if you switch tot he Storefront theme? https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/
    It may be because of a script conflict in a plugin or the theme you are using.
    Also- do you need to override ALL of our templates in your child theme? you shoud only override the ones you have modified…

    i chekced every thing, the problem occurs only when i use woocommerce PDF voucher plugin with voucher parametters set to use recipient name and recipient emai for the voucher.
    how can i have more information about this error in order to solve this probleme ?

    for the templates, it still on developpment and it easyer to have all of them here while doing updates. when the sitte will be finished, all unmodied files will be removed

    Templates- ok, just be sure you are updating those if we push a new release and have updates any templates. Your overridden templates need to stay current with any updates we make. 🙂

    For the PDF issue.. I cannot know for sure since we do not build that plugin.
    Have you contacted the author of that plugin to see if they can offer any insight?
