    Hi,
i want to create a multi vendor site where the vendors don’t have commission i mean: if a product costs 100$, the vendors receives 100$….

Event i think is super easy do it from WC vendors by put 100% the commission field…

I have doubt about the payment to the vendor by paypal, i mean: by tranferring the money automatically/manually to the vendor paypal will charge it by the usual 3,4% more or less… so, if the client paid in the site with paypal, it means that paypal will receive two commission, the first for the customer payment and the second to the money transfer from the site paypal account to the vendor paypal account… is this true?

    how about Stripe?

Another question is: if i pay commission manually i don’t need to activate Paypal Adaptive payments…but i i want WC Vendors to pay them automatically i need to activate a Paypal AP account no?

    thank you very much
    Angelo

    Angelo,
Yes- paypal will collect fees whenever they can. SO they double-up sometimes, yes.

For Stripe– if you pay your vendors manually, then you’d be using just the WooCommerce Stripe, correct? As you would not need our Stripe Commissions & Gateway plugin if you are not going to have commission split at checkout and paid to admin and vendor’s Stripe account…. If you DO use our Stripe plugin, then Stripe will take fees from the vendor’s commission when the funds are transferred to their Stripe account.

If you want automatic split at checkout for payments, then you need PayPal Adaptive Payments or our Stripe Commission & Gateway plugin.

If you want to pay your vendors manually, you can use whatever WooCommerce compatible gateway or gateways that you wish, and then pay your vendors however you wish on whatever schedule you wish. You just check their due commission (WP-admin > woocommerce > commission) and pay them their due funds; then mark the DUE commission as PAID.
